To overcome the performance degradation problem of electric off-road vehicles in extreme environments such as deserts and polar regions, we innovatively wrapped the battery cell groups with phase change materials, enabling the battery pack to maintain a capacity retention rate of over 85% at a low temperature of -40℃ and maintain continuous output power without attenuation at a high temperature of 50℃. The first engineering prototype has completed a 300-kilometer uninhabited area crossing test in the Taklimakan Desert. The battery's dust-proof performance in the sandstorm environment meets military standards.

The ACBS system is expected to enter mass production in 2025. By then, the fluctuation rate of vehicle range will be controlled within ±5%, completely eliminating users' "range anxiety". This cooperation has been included in provincial and ministerial-level key scientific research projects. The related technologies are expected to extend to fields such as electric snowmobiles and polar scientific research equipment, tapping into a market worth hundreds of billions of yuan for special electric vehicles.
